When you find good people, take them with you ALL the way!
Junior professionals deserve to be nurtured, mentored, and given a chance to excel. It’s our responsibility to support their growth.
And when you’re fortunate to have senior pros around, LEARN from them; let them GUIDE you. Their experience is a goldmine of wisdom waiting for you to explore.
Success isn’t a solo journey; it’s a collaborative effort. It’s about lifting each other up, sharing knowledge, and growing together. So, once again, ‘when you find good people, take them with you ALL the way’ — promote them, bring them to your next bigger venture/company, work under their leadership, contract them as your go-to exclusive vendor — establish a long-term and loyal successful relationship, regardless of the setup.
